I fixed two very large chips in my windshield using an off the shelf kit. Worked like a charm, I can barely tell where the chips were originally and all I did was follow the printed directions! Image that! I can understand the warning on this site, after all, I'm sure these simple and cheap repair kits cost you valued business.
